AI searches using the words in your question. An incorrect or ambiguous term results in the wrong document. In international projects, specifications come in English; It is necessary to know the equivalent of the term in both languages.
Basic terms
- Waltz — roller mill. The main machine that breaks and refines the grain.
- Plansifter — plansifter/sifter. Sieve case; separates by size.
- Purifier — purifier. It purifies the semolina with air and sieve.
- Passage — passage. Each pass in the grinding chain.
- Breaking passage — break passage (B1, B2...). The first passages that open the grain.

- Tempering — conditioning/tempering. Controlled watering and resting.

The quality of the question is the quality of the answer
Compare: "the flour does not come out well" with "the flour ash value in the C3 passage is 0.08 above the target, we changed the purifier air setting, the result did not change". The second is an engineer's question and finds similar case in institutional memory.
Rule: put three things in the question — which passage/machine, what measured value, what was tried. The answer without these three is general knowledge; It does not belong to your facility.
